Daniela is an educator and pastor´s wife, mother of two, who has a servant´s heart and the gift of faith and love. Has lived in Latin America and knows first-hand the plight of the children who have little opportunitiy for education. Lives with her husband, Pastor Bob, in Malaysia.
VICE PRESIDENT–MARIA DEL CARMEN MATEUS
Susan has been to Ecuador 5 times and has given love, care and support to children in rural and urban communities in country and abroad. She is a busy grandmother of two little boys, an impeccable home decorator, and has the gift of hospitality and service. She lives in Richmond, VA with her husband Gene.
REGISTERED AGENT–SYDNEY VAN HORN
Sydney is a former volunteer of Casa Victoria Foundation in Quito, Ecuador, where she lived in community there with other volunteers. She cared for the children and participated in just about every activity she was presented with huge enthusiasm and dedication. She lives now in Washington, D.C. and is the Associate Officer Development at Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation
Since 2007, Brad (first on left, in blue shirt), has brought many teams, such as this group, from Christopher Newport University to volunteer in Ecuador. These groups have consistently worked on building projects, activities with children in poor areas of the country, formed lasting friendships, as well as supported projects financially at Casa Victoria. Casa Victoria Foundation has partnered with this group for the past 7 years. Brad lives in Newport News, VA
Roberto was President and Founder of Ecuador Mi Pais 2005-2011–Led the establishment of EMP as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in DC, with over 700 members. Developed the administrative structure for the organization and devised first electoral process, implemented fundraising initiatives, resulting in 93 scholarships granted since 2008 to students in Ecuador.
NOW: Technical Program Manager at LinkedIn, in Washington DC, since Nov. 2013. Is married, has a 2 year-old daughter.
Director of Information Systems at Ecuador Mi País from August 2005-2009, Bernardo took part in all decisions of the organization to promote education of children in poor areas of Ecuador. He also directed the on-line strategies to capture more donations by members and non-members. He developed and managed the database of donor information.
NOW: Adjunct Faculty, George Mason University, Fairfax, Va. since August 2013. Is an I.T. and Yoga Educator. Is married with three-and-a-half year old daughter.
